3. Legal basis

Except where we expressly inform you, when obtaining your consent, that we need it for a specific purpose, such as the performance of a contract (typically for the subscription to or purchase of publications, or to manage your participation in an event), the legal basis under which we process your data is the consent you give us, for the purposes and uses we have listed in detail in sections 2.A and 2.B above.

4. Recipients

Provided that we have the express consent of the data subject necessary for this purpose, the data we process, of website users, customers, suppliers and employees of the different Ayuntamiento de Arnuero companies, will be communicated to the other companies of the owner for internal administrative purposes and for those indicated in sections 2.A and 2.B above, as well as so that one of these companies may be commissioned, by one or more of the others, to process the data on behalf of the company that is the Controller of such data.

In principle, we do not disclose the personal data we process to third parties outside Ayuntamiento de Arnuero. Should we do so, we would inform you beforehand, and the company receiving such communication would request from you any consent that may be necessary.

In the cases permitted by the law in force, in which we process your data and have not obtained them directly from you, we will inform you by post, by email or by instant messaging, of the following points:

• The source from which your data originate and, in particular, whether it is a publicly accessible source, available without restrictions;
• The categories of personal data concerned, and whether they are specially protected data.

7. Security measures

The Controller undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee their security and to prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, and in accordance with the provisions of current regulations. However, it cannot guarantee that the internet is absolutely impregnable and, therefore, that the data will not be breached through fraudulent access by third parties, in which case it will notify the competent authority within the time limits set for this purpose by current regulations.
