In compliance with the duty of information set out in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the company that owns www.ecoparquetrail.com (the “Site”) is Ayuntamiento de Arnuero, with registered office at Barrio Palacio, 1. Arnuero (the “Site Owner”).
Access to and/or use of the Site gives you the status of USER, and entails your full acceptance, from the moment of your first access and/or use, of the General Terms of Use of the Site set out here. These General Terms of Use of the Site apply to your browsing of the Site. If, in addition, you subscribe to or contract online any of the goods and services offered on the Site, such acts and contracts will be governed by the Terms of Contract that we will indicate to you in each case.
The Site provides the User with access to a wide range of information, services, tools, programs or data (the “Contents”). The Contents are the property of the Site Owner or of its licensors and suppliers.
The User accesses the Site under their personal responsibility, undertaking, in particular, to respect the Contents, to comply with any instructions given by the Site Owner and, at all times, and in particular during the registration process, to provide truthful and lawful information. If, as part of the registration process, the User is given a password, the User shall be responsible for keeping it confidential and for using it personally, without disclosing it to, or allowing its use by, third parties.
Undertakes to make appropriate use of the Site, as well as of the contents and services offered on it and, in particular, of the chat, discussion forum or newsgroup services. In particular, the User undertakes not to use either the Site or the aforementioned services to (i) engage in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic nature, that advocates terrorism or that violates human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Site Owner or of third parties, or introduce, propagate or spread on the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use the user accounts, email, or social media profiles of other users or third parties, and/or modify or manipulate their messages.
The Site Owner reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content generated by the User -in particular, comments and contributions in chats, discussion forums or newsgroups- which, in the opinion of the Site Owner, may be considered to violate respect for the dignity of the person, or to be discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, to harm young people or children, public order or public safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Ayuntamiento de Arnuero will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.
The Site Owner complies with the European and national legislation in force at any given time, and strives to ensure the correct use and processing of the User’s personal data. Therefore, whenever it seeks the User’s consent to process personal data, the User will be informed in advance and in detail of the data that are to be processed, the legal basis and purposes of the processing, the identity and contact details of the controller, the period during which the data will be processed or the criteria on which the duration of the processing depends, the rights of the User as data subject and how to exercise them, as well as any other points required in each case by the law in force, always referring the User to the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of the Site Owner. Consent to the processing of data will always be obtained by means of boxes that are not ticked by default (opt-in).
Likewise, in compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User’s consent will be requested in the same way for any electronic sending of commercial or advertising information.
The Site Owner, on its own behalf or as licensee or assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Contents and any other elements included on the Site (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). All rights over the Contents and any other elements included on the Site are expressly reserved in favour of the Site Owner and its respective assignors or licensors.
The content generated by Users is the property of each of them. Its inclusion on the Site, its continued presence there and its removal are the exclusive prerogatives of the Site Owner. By the mere fact of publishing User-generated content on the Site, the User does not acquire any right for such content to be published, kept on or removed from the Site.
By the mere fact of publishing User-generated content, the User grants the Site Owner a free, non-exclusive licence, freely transferable to any third parties who succeed it as owner of the Site, and worldwide in territorial scope, to publish and keep on or remove from the Site, once or several times, as the Site Owner sees fit, the User-generated content, whether or not such content reaches the degree of originality necessary to be protected by current Intellectual Property legislation, both Spanish and international.
Use of the Site does not grant the User any subjective right, power, discretionary right, expectation or legal position over the Site, the Contents or any other elements included therein, other than the mere and simple act of browsing it.
Pursuant to articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the Contents of the Site, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the prior, express and written authorisation of the Site Owner, are expressly prohibited. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of the Site Owner and of the other holders of such rights over the Contents of the Site. The Owner of the may view the elements of the Site and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium provided that it is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The User must refrain from removing, altering, circumventing or tampering with any protection device, security system or electronic rights management measure existing on the Site.
The Site Owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any loss or damage of any kind that may be caused by browsing the Site, including, in particular and without limitation, errors or omissions in the Contents, unavailability of the Site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted the technological measures necessary to prevent this.
The Site Owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its Site, being able to change, delete or add both the Contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on the Site, or even to leave it completely empty of any content.
The Site Owner uses cookies to personalise and make browsing the Site as easy as possible., and to improve the User’s experience of it. Cookies are associated only with a User, their computer and/or the browser used by the User to access the Site. Under no circumstances do the cookies used on the Site allow the User to be identified. The User can configure their browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies, and is advised to do so.

If there are links or hyperlinks on the Site to other Internet sites, the User is informed that the Site Oowner has no control over such sites and content, except those owned by the Site Owner. Under no circumstances does the Site Owner accept any responsibility for the availability of, or accessibility to, the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
The Site Owner reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Site and/or the services offered, without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to any users who breach these General Terms of Use.
The Site Owner will pursue any breach of these terms as well as any improper use of its Site, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.
The Site Owner may modify the terms set out here at any time, and they will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these terms will depend on their publication and they will remain in force until they are modified by others duly published.
The relationship between the Site Owner and the User is governed by common Spanish law, including European Union law and the provisions of the International Treaties and Conventions to which Spain is a party.
Any dispute that may arise between the Site Owner and the User shall be submitted, to the extent permitted by the law in force at any given time, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
